Mission & History

In April 2003, Wilkinson Design & Construction relocated to Cape Cod after 14 successful years remodeling in San Francisco. Their mission: “We’re not satisfied until you are. Period.” Co-owned by Pav Wilkinson, CR, Associate AIA, and Lyn Wilkinson, CAPS. WDC provides a personalized, design-driven remodeling experience for both its San Francisco and Cape Cod clients. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Architecture, Pav’s ability to blend contemporary style sensibilities into regional vernacular architecture is gaining a reputation on both coasts.

We pride ourself in our promise to provide innovative, cost conscious design for remodeling and new home construction.

Committed to community service within the industry, WDC has been active in NARI on both coasts, as well as Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together.
