Specifications

All WDC design clients  receive specifications of construction finishes like windows and doors, floors and walls. This is industry standard and should be offered by all companies providing construction design.

However, in many companies, the selection of the fine finishes, such as plumbing, lighting, cabinet and door hardware, paint and carpet, even tile is often left to an often ill-equipped homeowner, overwhelmed by too much choice and too little criteria to make an informed one; or an over-worked contractor, who often cares more about how it works than how if looks.

That's where we come in.  If you are a WDC Design client, specification services, either semi-custom or custom, are included in your package.  But if you're feeling ill-equipped to make choices, consider using WDC's fine finish specification services to guarantee your project both looks beautiful and works well.

Field Spec Book
Contains all tear sheets and tech specs and schedules; divided by type and room.
Optional second copies of tech specs for placement in each room for trade contractor reference.

Internal Spec Book

Can create but recommend using computer file system currently in place.

Client Spec Book
Can create, but find emailing, or using the website log-in area more efficient. Excel workbook is shared with client and contains links to products.
